In addition, according to a late 2021 Gallup Survey; 85% of employees are experiencing a level of disengagement at their workplaces, and 73% are actively looking for new employment. The Great Resignation for many has become The Great Realization. It’s clear that mental health, well-being in the workplace, and having an up-leveled consciousness are more important than ever, both for individuals themselves and for organizations.UpLevel Productions is committed to ending the stigma around mental health as well as humanizing the workplace to create cultures of well-being which is why we create content, experiences, and trainings that develop leaders who make our world a healthier, more alive and connected place to be. Christie Mann

Christie is a Best-selling Author, Executive coach, learning consultant, speaker, and Meditation + Embodiment teacher who designs, delivers and facilitates transformational content and experiences. Her business leadership experience over the past two decades in marketing, operations, sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and learning & development has allowed her to work with some of the world’s leading brands and organizations.

She is a proud member of CTI and The Trium Group, delivering courses and coaching leaders in over 100 countries across the Globe. Christie has a Masters in Spiritual Psychology and holds a B.A. in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.

When not in the classroom, writing, on her mat, or in the boardroom, Christie is bringing leadership development tools to the vulnerable youth incarcerated in Southern CA and Ontario, Canada.

Rachel is a Certified End-of-Life and Grief Coach who is passionate about educating and providing essential safe space for people to acknowledge, express, and process their grief. Rachel brings her knowledge and expertise in coaching, leadership development, project management, workshop design, and facilitation to act as a conscious bridge between people of different cultures, races, and religions to build healthy relationships.

As a member of CTI’s Faculty and Graydin’s (coach training org. for Educators & Schools) coaching team, Rachel has expanded her experience over the past decade through consultative sales, client relationship management, and program delivery with Leaders and Educators inside world-leading organizations.

A mother of 5 beautiful children and a Muslim woman of Islam Faith, Rachel is authentic, passionate, supportive, and empowering and is here to UpLevel all and everyone she comes into contact with.
