About Vimal:
Vimal Shyamji is a leadership coach and a Senior Manager of Global Recruiting for a large tech company. He currently leads a matrix org of 200-plus individuals supporting the hyper-growth of this organization's cloud business. Prior to that, he led global recruiting for a different department within the organization, including the integration of a 2000-person acquisition in Taiwan. Before moving to the Bay Area seven years ago, he worked for recruitment firms moving from Tennessee to Boston to Los Angeles, building teams in tech, finance, and manufacturing. He initially attended Lee University with a plan to teach high school math before pivoting to obtain a degree in business administration with a minor in theology. Vimal completed his coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute. Equipped with a diverse skill set encompassing relationship-building, trust-building, consistency, iOS development, JavaScript, and of course coaching, Vimal offers invaluable expertise to the industry.
